We are proud of our partnership with local food and drink producers - something that is reflected in the care given to the dishes served at Hardanger House.
In our restaurant we usually serve a pre-established 3-course menu at 7 p.m. for 745kr per person.
Non-residential guests can procure for reservations at least 1-2 days in advance.
We have the capacity for 40 people in our restaurant, and conference facilities for about 22 people.
These 3 menu's rotate based on availability from local producers.
**Vegetables and main ingredients may vary based on availability and occupancy at the hotel. Based on close cooperation with our suppliers, the composition of the menu can also be changed when the seasons approach.
In addition to the gastronomic experiences at our restaurant, we also offer a course on our food, where you'll have a window into the preparation and presentation of our local ingredients, and their respective drinks.
These food courses will give you insight to some of Hardanger's secrets, giving you something extra to take home from your stay.
